I lost my job and had an uncertain next step in front of me. Designing shoes for Dwyane wade was not what i thought that step would be.

It is no exaggeration to say this was the most fun I have ever had as a professional creative. I had the privilege to learn about sneaker design under two extraordinarily talented men (Eric Miller and Mike Tremblay) to whom I am eternally grateful. I was given nearly complete creative freedom when it came to working on these shoes and the packs and PEs we made ranged from campy Christmas shoes to classy on court everyday wear.

The Wade-o-rades, the Sting Wade Christmas article, the Year of the Horse, Dwyane’s birthday shoe and the Dazzle pack; they all had something new I got to explore and dive into.
